We are currently recruiting for an SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Senior Executive to implement successful content marketing & SEO tactics to help us improve search visibility and increase website traffic. This role will be for a 12 month fixed term contract.

What would the role entail: 

 

  • Own the execution of content optimisation, including demonstrating E-E-A-T, internal linking, keyword usage, etc.  

  • Form a key part of our content production process, including editing and approving our content to set standards 

  • Execute keyword research for various websites/projects and prepare & optimise content. 

  • Perform competitor analysis and report on SEO strategies and techniques used by our competitors 

  • Perform content audits to check for issues, low word count, keyword stuffing, quality etc. 

  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and and search engine algorithm updates. 

  • Writing engaging SEO content in multiple formats. 

  • Optimising content regularly on the website. 

  • Measure the success of SEO strategies. 

  • Work closely with SEO & Content agencies to deliver at scale. 

  • Working with a cross-functional team of stakeholders to improve our SEO strategy. 

 

What we would like to see: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience 

  • Firm grasp of content marketing, and on-page optimisation, as well as familiarity with other areas of SEO 

  • Working knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics , Screaming Frog, Search Console 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong attention to detail 

  • Solid SEO experience, in-house is desirable

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team at Compare the Market. This role will support the implementation of the commercial strategy for our Money proposition’s (e.g. credit cards, loans, bank accounts).  

This role will be pivotal in delivering best-in-class relationship management and commercial growth, managing key partners &/or service providers across Money, always aiming to negotiate best commercial terms, drive tactical trading uplift, plus discover and deliver opportunities for sustainable revenue growth into the long-term. 

This role will join our ‘Grow’ team, whose purpose is to find and deliver the next high-growth markets at CtM and enhance our customer propositions. This role will be key in supporting the development and delivery of end-to-end commercial strategies and plans across our Money products at an exciting time of increased investment here at CtM

•    Negotiating the best commercial terms for CTM for a portfolio of partners, and new business

Senior Manager – Paid Search Marketing

We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager Paid Search Marketing. This role will involve leading a blended team of internal and agency team to deliver a world-class paid search program which effectively and efficiently drives customer acquisition across the CTM suite of products. Ultimately maximizing the amount customers save within the performance constraints of the channel. 

We need a thought leader and evangelist for the channel, to ensure that CtM is at the forefront of an ever-changing external environment.

You’ll ideally have: 

  • Hands on, previous experience of managing PPC channels  
  • Experience in leading a PPC teams/department with significant budget responsibility

An overview of the responsibilities: 

  • Manage internal team and agency deliverables, prioritising effectively & based on data. Agency team responsible for all hands-on operations in ad platforms. 
  • Lead, coach, develop attract and retain high-performing talent, ensuring appropriate succession planning, who can motivate and drive delivery of objectives. 
  • Deliver agreed PPC product targets, at target volumes and efficiency. Accountable for significant PPC budget 
  • Understand the relationship of paid search with other channels through effective measurement (e.g. incrementality and cannibalisation understanding) 
  • Key input into strategy and innovation of paid search channel alongside Performance Director. Owning the strategic and operational roadmap including innovation 
  • Ability to diagnose complex performance challenges with competitor insight 
  • Effect communication of strategy and tactics to senior leadership in clear and concise way 
  • Inspire and lead by example to get the most out of your team and bring other supporting teams on the journey 
  • Work closely with Google and Bing to ensure we continue a mutually-beneficial partnership. 
  • Drive testing of new search engine products and related technologies to drive operational benefits 
  • Leverage CTM’s wealth of data to drive data led audience strategy & optimisations
