We are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager – Money for a 6 month fixed term contract. This role will be responsible for leading and managing all commercial activities across a portfolio of partners and have responsibility for building deep partner relationships, working cross functionally to drive financial growth and deliver great customer outcomes

         Deep sector knowledge

         Be a commercial expert, with demonstrable understanding of building and running successful partnerships

         Have a strategic mindset and comfortable operating at a higher level of detail to share the strategy; strong communication style and ability to lead and influence stakeholders and partners

         Ability to define clear customer outcomes and strategic roadmaps within a framework of delivering P&L growth

         Commercial focus and ability to interpret data from multiple sources to feed into decision making

         Comfortable delivering in a hands-on manner

         Able to deliver at pace within a matrix environment

         Program management experience

We are recruiting for a Commercial Executive. You will work within and support the Grow (Money/Home Services) Commercial team in the delivery of best-in-class Partnership Management, achievement of commercial objectives and good customer outcomes.

Daily tasks will include:

         Deliver good customer outcomes by adopting a ‘customer first’ mentality

Work alongside the Commercial Managers and the OPS team to fulfil effective Partner management through (but not limited to):

         Preparation and execution of regular performance review meetings with Partners including data gathering from a variety of sources, presentation packs, pre-read material, accurate minute taking and follow up

         Securing appropriate levels of accurate and timely information to ensure smooth sign-off for onboarding partners, contract lifecycle monitoring and promotional activity in line with internal and Partner compliance processes

         Provision of daily BAU support to all Partners when required

         Monitoring of trading, commercial and panel performance to inform conversations and provide Commercial Managers with insight

         Ensure Partners are meeting contractual obligations for commercial targets / KPIs through high quality analysis and insight of commercial performance data
