We are recruiting for a Building Supervisor. The successful individual will conduct the day-to-day running of buildings and related facilities management, including out of hours requirement. Co-ordinate the FM Technicians to ensure appropriate cover to service and maintain the buildings and FM services. Manage contractors when on site, ensuring all Health & Safety, Construction Design Management (CDM) arrangements are completed in line with Safety Management System (SMS) requirements and company policies. Support the wider Facilities Management team as necessary.

Some of the great things you will be involved in:
• Maintain buildings and grounds to a high standard
• Maintain vehicle fleet and ensure all regular safety checks, maintenance and cleaning is completed
• Monitor Cherwell system daily to ensure tasks are owned and completed within agreed service levels
• Ensure all requested meeting room and event spaces set ups are completing in line with requirements
• Complete first level maintenance and repair of all buildings, systems and related equipment
• Driving the company vehicles in line with business requirements
• Schedule and complete regular defect inspections across site and plan corrective and remedial action within appropriate timeframes
• Maintain stocks of spares ensure value for money procurement
• Monitor all building systems and operations throughout the day
• Demonstrate and contribute to safety first culture and perform all tasks with adherence to the Safety Management System
