We have an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Brand Creative to play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of our brand, creating a leadership positioning and accelerating brand differentiation versus the competition.

CtM is obsessive about delivering good outcomes for customers and there is relentless focus on driving excellence. As a key member of the Chief Brand Officer’s leadership team, you will own creative leadership to ensure delivery of CtM’s brand promise: “You’re better off when you make it simple”. You will be responsible for driving industry-leading creative excellence, as well as demonstrating best-in-class brand effectiveness.

•Have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with significant experience in developing brands, brand management and creative leadership overseeing marketing communications and brand touchpoints.
•Be passionate about building brands and lead brand transformation initiatives.
•Deliver the brand promise across every touchpoint from communications to experience.
•Have strong analytical capability and deep knowledge of the principles and practices of both brand and marketing effectiveness.
•Be able to provide solid evidence of both first-class agency management experience and driving creative excellence via in-house studio capability.
•Have a positive energy, be highly resilient and hold strong influencing skills.
•Have a transformational mindset and experience with setting up lean functions for high volume delivery, and management of significant production budgets.
