We are recruiting a Risk and Compliance Graduate and we’d love you to be part of our journey.
Building a strong risk and control framework is key to powering our vision! As part of our team, you’ll dive into the world of risk management, gaining hands-on experience with the challenges and opportunities that shape our business. You’ll get to know our brand inside and out, working closely with our dynamic risk and compliance teams to help us navigate regulatory requirements and seize new opportunities. The programme will provide you with the key foundations and learnings, essential for building a career in risk and compliance.

• Have achieved a University degree in any subject (minimum of a 2:1)
• Be genuinely interested in risk and compliance.
• Able to communicate complex information in a clear and efficient way.
• Have impeccable numeracy and analytical skills.
As part of this role, you will:
• Get hands-on exposure across our risk and compliance teams, learning how each contributes to our business success.
• Understand the ins and outs of regulatory bodies like the FCA, ICO, and ASA and what they expect from us.
• Build deep knowledge of our policies and regulatory landscape, ensuring we stay on top of compliance.
• Support teams in creating controls to manage risks and keep our operations secure and effective.
• Produce reports and insights for senior management on our compliance performance and emerging risks, helping drive informed decisions.
