As BI Analyst you support decision making about CTM’s customers, products and services. You will ensure regular BI reports are run on time ensuring the business have access to timely, accurate and relevant information. You will develop knowledge of our data, metrics and platform and look for opportunities to enhance the existing data platform and self-service capabilities. You will play a key role in instilling an agile, data-driven culture across CTM.

Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
• Work collaboratively across teams to understand requirements and scope of reporting requests
• Build and maintain data sets and reports to meet business requirement using Power BI
• Ensure data is visualised for maximum impact
• Gain an understanding of our data, performance metrics and reporting capabilities.
• Perform data analysis, developing and optimising queries and reports
• Provide guidance and training to business users on Power BI and our reporting
• Proactively identify opportunities for business to self-serve – data democratisation
• Ensure any data quality issues are logged and escalated where appropriate
• Actively contribute within team meetings and identify improvements to ways of working
• Demonstrate and promote the value of data within CTM
• Develop and champion agile, data driven approaches (eg. test and learn)
What we’d like to see from you:
• Numerate with good problem-solving skills
• Experience of Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Modelling, Visualisation, Flows, Apps)
• SQL Knowledge
• Experience working with datasets (cleansing, manipulating, merging, analysing)
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Data Visualisation
• Experience of Google Analytics
