From HR and Finance to Legal and Compliance, we work to support the delivery teams. And, being fearlessly focused on keeping the business in check means we always have our customers front of mind.

We have a number of different but distinct teams across Central Functions, all driving the business to deliver more, smarter. We’re forever curious about what we could achieve so we’re quick to test things, learn from our mistakes and watch for ways to improve as a result.
Central Functions covers a wide range of areas, and expertise, all known for their specialist knowledge across the business.
Our HR and Comms team are involved with everything to do with our people and building a great culture, as well as protecting our reputation as a business; our Finance team makes sure we’re operating efficiently and planning effectively for the future; our Legal, Risk and Compliance team keeps us on the straight and narrow, helping us to make the right decisions to put our customers first and our Internal Audit colleagues take an independent view across the whole business, making sure we’re operating in the right way.
We don’t need to do all the talking; our colleagues are happy to talk for themselves.
