We are recruiting for a Senior Manager Creative Lead. The Creative Lead will oversee creative direction within the Creative Studio Team. This role involves originating innovative creative solutions in response to simple and single-channel briefs and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The Creative Lead will also manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration within the team. This role will be the strategic driver and owner for the creative process to ensure that in-house Creative Studio projects are delivered on time, to a high standard, with the most efficient process and allocation of resources.

You’ll ideally have:
Proven experience in an in-house creative role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative work across various channels.
Strong design ability to originate high-quality, innovative creative solutions.
Experience in managing and mentoring a creative team, with a passion for fostering talent and creativity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a deep understanding of brand identity and guidelines
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
A keen eye for visual aesthetics and a strong understanding of current design trends

Day-to-day responsibilities and duties:
Lead creative direction for projects across digital display, social media & email, delivering high-quality creative solutions that align with the stakeholder brief
Translate channel objectives into creative strategies.
Team leadership of a team of 4 direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help develop their skills and ensure the successful execution of creative projects
Assessing, interrogating and clarifying stakeholder briefs and assigning the appropriate designers to a project
Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring all outputs meet high standards of quality and creativity
Accountable for proofing and reviewing the team’s outputs before sharing with stakeholders
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with the brand’s tone of voice, visual identity and values & ensure consistency across all platforms
