We have a fantastic new role within Compare the Market, we are recruiting for a Rewards Proposition Manager.
The Rewards Proposition Manager’s purpose is to develop the customer propositions, ensuring the way Rewards shows up holistically to CtM customers is effectively prioritised and optimised to drive performance in line with agreed goals.Contribute to the development and delivery of the Rewards strategy to drive engagement from our customer base and deliver stand out creative executions. Effective management and governance of external partnerships for Rewards.
You’ll have the chance to work with some of the biggest partners in the UK, across a variety of sectors, and will be involved in large scale creative through the line marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is excited to be a disruptor and always push to deliver the best outcomes for our Brand and Customers.
