We are recruiting for an Operations and Governance Executive.
Supporting the Grow, Money and Home Services Commercial teams through accurate and efficient delivery of essential governance, reporting and operational processes assisting in the achievement of commercial objectives, whilst building and maintaining strong partner relationships and delivering good customer outcomes.

Some of the great things you will be involved in:
· Deliver good customer outcomes by adopting a ‘customer first’ mentality
Work alongside the Commercial teams and the wider operations team you will:
· Maintain a clean, accurate level of hygiene in governance tools such as Jira, Confluence and Resolver (our Compare the Market systems)
· Support the maintenance and evolution of the Grow team reporting suite
· Administration of Partner onboarding procedures and compliance sign-off for promotional activity
· Provision of timely and accurate reporting for Partner performance in governance metrics and contractual obligations
· Accurate tracking of governance requirements and minimum standards in line with both internal and Partner processes aligned to risk management and regulatory control
· Preparation and execution of governance and operational meetings, including accurate minute taking and follow up
· Take part in continuous improvement activity and projects that enhance the Grow operating model

• Experience working within a similar digital environment as Compare the Market
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence & Resolver (would be highly desirable)
