What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for a proactive and curious Analyst to join our brilliant Analytics team. You’ll dive into data to uncover insights that help us better understand our customers, products, and services. Working closely with key business stakeholders, you’ll contribute to data-driven decisions that boost performance and enhance the customer experience.
You’ll also:
• Support the delivery of analytics initiatives, working closely with the Analytics Manager and Lead Analyst
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and shape data-focused solutions
• Build and maintain models that provide insights into customer behaviour and business performance
• Communicate findings with clarity through impactful data storytelling and visualisations
• Contribute to peer reviews and help build a strong analytical culture
• Share your knowledge and ideas to drive continuous improvement and collaboration across the team
What we’re looking for
If you’re excited about turning data into decisions and love solving problems, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll bring:
• A good understanding of analytical and statistical methods
• A basic knowledge of model-building or predictive analysis
• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a non-technical audience
• Experience with SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R
• Confidence with data visualisation tools and techniques
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from others
• A test-and-learn approach and interest in agile, data-led experimentation
• A willingness to explore and understand the broader capabilities of our Data team
