Our purpose is to make great financial decision making a breeze for everyone, and that purpose drives us every day.
It’s why we’re on a mission to create an automated quoting engine, with the simplest of experiences, wrapped in a brand everyone loves!
We change lives by making it simple to switch and save money and that’s why good things happen when you meerkat.
We’d love you to be part of our journey.
As the Manager of Business Architecture and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), you’ll drive the full delivery lifecycle - from spotting the opportunities to building the bots and celebrating the benefits. Whether it’s leading hands-on RPA delivery or coaching a high-performing team, your work will translate business challenges into smart, scalable automation solutions. With your technical know-how and eye for process, you’ll set the standards, steer governance, and shape best practices across tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. You'll also take the lead on stakeholder engagement, pipeline management, and benefit tracking, all while building a culture where automation thrives.
Everyone is welcome.
We have a culture of creativity. We approach our work passionately, improve constantly and celebrate our wins at every turn. We are an inclusive workplace and our employees are comfortable bringing their authentic, whole selves to work. Everyone is welcome. Be you. This means we’re excited to hear from people with a range of skills, experiences and ideas. We don’t expect you to tick all the boxes, but would love to hear what makes you great for this role.
Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
Delivery & Execution

• Translate business problems into automation opportunities, articulating value cases, feasibility and impact.
• Deliver robust RPA solutions, either hands-on or through leading technical analysts and external partners.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, information security and performance standards.
RPA Technical Leadership
• Serve as the resident technical expert for UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere including Orchestrator configuration, licensing models, attended/unattended bots, and Centre of Excellence best practices.
• Guide development standards, code reviews, and version control in alignment with enterprise RPA governance.
• Collaborate closely with the data and infrastructure teams to optimise bot hosting, logging and monitoring strategies.
• Support citizen development initiatives by training and mentoring junior developers or business users on low-code automation.
Business Analysis & Project Management
• Own the pipeline of RPA and BPA initiatives, prioritising based on effort vs benefit trade-offs.
• Engage stakeholders to define requirements, success metrics and ROI models.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs and resource forecasting to ensure timely execution.
• Track and report automation KPIs and benefits realisation to stakeholders including risk committees and ExCo.
People & Culture

• Support the Senior Manager in defining and embedding the team’s delivery methodologies, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and be a visible advocate for automation across the business.
What we’d like to see from you:
Technical Experience
• Deep expertise in UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere RPA, including solution architecture, REFramework, Orchestrator, and integration with third-party systems.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture tools (e.g. Signavio, LeanIX), process mining platforms, and business process modelling (BPMN).
