We don’t want wellbeing to be something that is just talked about, we want to make it part of our everyday.
We’re committed to providing an inclusive, supportive, and healthy environment for everyone, where we can bring our authentic selves to work and thrive.
Our Benefits & Wellbeing strategy focuses on proactive support for mental health and emotional, physical & financial wellbeing.
Some of the great things we have in place include our employee assistance programme, inclusive policies, flexible medical and life benefits, financial education and health initiatives such as annual health checks and flu vaccinations.
We even have our own on-site health club in Peterborough, with access to expert physical and nutrition support.
“As a qualified Personal Trainer, MNU Nutritionist & Mental Health First Aider, I’m proud of the support I can provide to colleagues. I’m passionate about helping individuals with personal training, nutrition advice and health checks to enable them to make healthy choices which support their overall wellbeing.

Providing the right resources and support to care for our colleagues’ mental health and emotional wellbeing is a priority. We ensure we create a safe environment, offering preventative and reactive support, tools and interventions so colleagues understand how they can best support themselves, and others.
Working alongside carefully chosen partners, we provide everyone with access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme including unlimited mental health sessions, virtual GP services, private medical insurance as well as a set of comprehensive policies to suit different situations.
Physical activity plays a large role in not only ensuring we stay active and make healthy choices, but also in enhancing our mental wellbeing.
We have many ways to help our colleagues stay fit and active, including our on-site health club & classes, our ‘Meerkat Mile’ and holistic therapist offerings as well as support from Jason French, our Lead Wellbeing Practitioner.
We provide our colleagues with financial education to support and empower them to be able to make good decisions about their personal finances.
We work closely with external partners, charities and our pension provider to give everyone the knowledge and tools to successfully plan for now and in the future. And our benefits offering allows colleagues to flex what works best for them, depending on their financial situation at the time.
We have a community of Mental Health First Aiders who are a confidential point of contact for all colleagues to talk to when they need support.
We don’t need to do all the talking; our colleagues are happy to talk for themselves.
And that’s because working here is about more than just the work, and we’re proud of it.
Whatever your specialist area, wherever you are in your journey, we’d love to hear from you.
