Are you passionate about delving into data to uncover insights and applying machine learning techniques to solve complex problems? As a Data Science Graduate at Compare the Market, you will play a key role in harnessing machine learning and AI to improve a variety of customer and business outcomes.

As part of this role, you will study the Level 7 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Specialist Apprenticeship. This will take approximately 18 months to complete.
The start date for this position is September 2025.

• Collaborating closely with key teams and stakeholders to gather requirements for analytics and data science initiatives.
• Provide support in the delivery of analytics and data science projects, applying machine learning techniques to address complex challenges.
• Ensure that findings and recommendations are effectively communicated through clear data storytelling, maximising their impact.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and idea generation within the wider team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic culture.
• Work closely with the broader data team to leverage our full range of capabilities for maximum effectiveness.
To be part of our Meerkat Mob, you’ll be:
• A graduate with a degree, preferably in a STEM related subject (2:1 or above)
• Proficient in Python and statistics.
• A critical thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of approaching challenges creatively.
• Someone with a natural ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working across teams and functions.
