We’re on the lookout for a HR intern who’s eager to be involved in all things HR – from reward and recruitment to onboarding and talent, you’ll be part of our brilliant HR Operations and Reward team, helping us make our people experience even better. This is a great 10-week internship opportunity to get hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The internship will start in July 2025 and is based at our Peterborough office. It’s ideal for someone at University in either their 2nd year or 3rd year (if studying a 4-year degree).

Some of the great things you will be doing:
• Work on ad hoc projects, analysing, researching and improving HR services and processes.
• Support colleagues and line managers by resolving their queries and providing advice and guidance on general HR matters through our multiple channels (comms channels, email, calls and in-person).
• Administrative support – carrying out generalist HR tasks including employee lifecycle activities.
• Analyse our data – producing and analysing statistics and indicators to help us identify key trends etc.
• Develop internal communications to drive engagement and participation in HR and employee experience initiatives.
• Generate ideas to improve processes, documentation and ways of working across HR Support.
• Support HR change initiatives including employee relations matters.
What you’ll need:
• A high level of professionalism – to be discrete, reliable and trustworthy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of communicating with people at all levels.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and be a confident communicator.
• Thorough attention to detail with focus on delivery and the ability to work under pressure.
• Eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Studying a degree in any field.
