As a Lead Analyst you will be an expert in using analytics to develop insights about CTM’s customers, products and services, with responsibility for leading projects and initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and the Leadership teams to foster a deep understanding about the drivers of performance and customer behaviour, in order to shape winning customer strategies. You will proactively identify and champion opportunities to improve customer outcomes and performance, and play a key role in instilling an agile, data-driven culture across CTM.

Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
• Building strong cross-team relationships and work collaboratively to identify, scope and plan analytics initiatives.
• Managing the delivery of large analytics initiatives
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for the application of Data Analytics within CTM
• Work with the Analytics Manager to identify new and innovative ways to improve the quality and impact of analytics within CTM.
• Develop and champion a data-driven culture.
• Ensure findings/recommendations have maximum impact through clear communication and effective data storytelling.
What we’d like to see from you:
• Experience using SQL and 1 other programming language (R/Python)
• Proven experience scoping and delivering complex analytical projects
• Data visualisation
• Experience using ML algorithms for insights is preferred
• Skilled communicator and data storyteller
