We are recruiting for a top level PA! We’re looking for a driven PA to partner with our Heads of and Directors. You’ll be the go-to for smart organisation, managing key administrative tasks that free up our leaders to focus on strategy, growth and impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive efficiency for Heads of and Directors by managing diaries, scheduling, and high-level admin with precision.
• Use digital tools and platforms to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and keep projects on track.
• Prepare reports, decks, and data-driven updates to support fast, informed decision-making.
• Act as a trusted partner to leadership, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are always aligned.
• Coordinate across departments and stakeholders to keep communication clear and actions moving.
• Protect leadership time by filtering information, managing inboxes, and flagging what matters most.
• Support company-wide initiatives that enhance productivity and operational excellence.
