As our Senior Analyst for CRM & Performance Data, you’ll be a game changer in how we use data to supercharge our campaign strategies and customer experiences. Sitting at the heart of our cross-functional team, you’ll dig deep into customer data to influence, shape, and fine-tune our campaigns. You’ll bring SQL wizardry, with a healthy dash of curiosity and collaboration.
What you’ll get up to:
• Dive into data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for smarter, more effective CRM campaigns.
• Run complex SQL queries across large datasets (in databases like Redshift).
• Track and optimise CRM campaign performance—turning results into meaningful recommendations.
• Decode customer behaviours using CRM and data models to drive sharper targeting.
• Collaborate across the CRM team to embed data-first thinking in every strategy.
• Identify and segment core audiences to launch new strategies that hit the mark.
• Own test planning and analysis across multichannel campaigns—at scale.
