We are hiring a Senior Partnerships Executive.

As a Senior Partnerships Executive your role will be to support the growing relationship management of CtM partners, assisting in delivery of our commercial priorities &

objectives. As a Senior Partnerships Executive, you will be comfortable in developing sustainable relationships with internal & external stakeholders such as Product, Marketing,

Finance, Change Delivery, Risk & Compliance teams . You will also be comfortable in completing the commercial foundations for Tier 2 and 3 Partners and sourcing and

interpreting data to support the key strategic Partner meetings

You’ll ideally be:

· Commercially astute, with an inquisitive mindset to identify opportunities for revenue growth

· A natural at networking - a real people person

· Confident in the use of Excel and PowerPoint

· Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

· Have the Ability to self manage and prioritise workload

· Account management experience

· The ability to manage change delivery

· Good presentation skills

· Strong ability to interpret data

· An ability to automate data and identify and implement process improvements

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

· Full account management of mid/low tier partners with Partnerships Manager oversight as and when required

· Support the Partnerships Manager with performance review meetings with top tier partners, collating data and packs

· Be the point of referral for day-to-day Partnership Executive queries, utilising experience within the team

· Sending out Tier 3 CPA commercials and completing the required supporting processes

· Tier 2 scorecard completion

· Manage additional Payment on Account (POA) requests

· Manage Audit communications

· Manage Invoice reminder process

· Completion and oversight of change delivery, including builds, promotions and offers.
