Every year, we host StratFest, our annual off-site strategy day where we come together to take a look at the journey we’ve been on and align on where we’re heading.
The daytime is focused on the business and our strategic direction, and the evening is all about fun! It’s a fantastic event of teamwork and collaboration where we hope everyone feels energised, excited and valued.

Of course we do! We know only too well that hard work and dedication work best alongside some downtime, so every year we host a range of fun events where our colleagues can socialise. But it doesn’t stop there.
