Our Insight Sessions are short, virtual and interactive giving you the opportunity to understand more about working at Compare the Market, as well as bitesize sessions on career and learning advice. We cover everything from what’s involved in working in Tech or Data, to how to write a good CV or prepare for an interview, all via videos, talks and Q&As.

If you have a passion for a particular area, then join us at our offices in Peterborough and London to take part in one of our Discovery Days.
These provide you with an opportunity to take part in a series of sessions that will give you a deeper understanding of your area of interest. It’s an opportunity for you to speak directly with people working in the area, understand the type of work you could expect to do and learn more about some of the exciting projects we’re working on.
As part of the day, you’ll have the opportunity to find out more about the recruitment process, speak to an expert on career development and take part in team building workshops.

Our dedicated Work Experience programme offers school age students the opportunity to learn more about the world of work.
Our placements are designed so that students can watch, learn and ask any questions they have during their time with us.
Students taking part in work experience will be fully supported by trained colleagues throughout their time at Compare the Market.
Following the success of our 2023 Summer Tech Intern Programme, we’re looking forward to welcoming more colleagues to the programme in 2024, not only in Tech but across the business.
Running for 10 weeks, our paid intern programme will allow you to immerse yourself in your chosen department, and genuinely contribute to the work being completed.
Open to both students looking for a traditional summer internship, as well as people considering a career change, our Intern Programme is a fantastic place to start your journey.
