As a team, we’re lucky enough to work with huge volumes of data. We know the true value of this and using advanced analytics and personalisation, we continuously improve all customer touchpoints across multiple channels.

Our experts focus on both data analysis to make sure that high quality data is available to help us improve trading performance and enhance customer experience; and on protecting and supporting our customers by ensuring their data is safe, accurate and used appropriately. We’re always on the lookout for new ways of doing things, more big ideas and some bold opinions. It’s why we test things, quickly learn from our mistakes and watch for ways to improve as a result. We basically make good decisions by making complex stuff simple.

And to top it off, the tech stack we work with includes AWS Cloud, Databricks, Python, Spark and SQL.
