Our Skills Accelerator programmes will help you to develop the skills you need to build a great career, whilst being part of a wider talent community.

There’s several programmes available in two key areas – Tech & Data and general business, all helping you to develop your functional skills whilst contributing to business performance.

And there’s an opportunity for everyone. It doesn’t matter where you’re at, we’re interested in where you’re going. Join us in building a diverse and talented community that grow together and learn from each other.

Software developer, data scientist, cloud engineer and data analyst are just some of the routes you can choose in our Tech & Data Accelerator.

Working with industry leading training providers, you’ll get time dedicated to your development and a recognised qualification at the end. And to support your personal development, you’ll have access to a range of learning opportunities whilst gaining hands on experience to make a difference and showcase your skills. And you’re not on your own, you’ll get continued support from the wider Talent Academy community to build your future.

Open to anyone who can demonstrate an aptitude for tech or data, and most importantly a passion to learn.

Working in a specific area such as Marketing, Product, Finance or HR, you’ll get the opportunity to experience different areas of responsibility as you work towards a qualification.
